THE DIFFERENT SESSIONS

EXPLORATORY SESSION

This is a 1-hour on-site session where we get to know each other. We will discuss what you expect from our journey together. Identifying your needs may take one or several sessions.

This session costs €60.

IN-DEPTH SESSION

Do you already know clearly what you want, or are the exploratory sessions no longer sufficient? In that case, we can use an in-depth session to work specifically on a particular theme.

This session lasts 2 hours and also takes place on-site. The session costs €90.

MY APPROACH

I use a combination of talk therapy and physical exercises such as free movement or meditation. We may also draw, write, or go for a walk. Sometimes I will give you an exercise to do on your own until our next session.
